Who will play Inter will be known in just two weeks: the first leg of the third qualifying round takes place on Thursday, with the second leg scheduled for a week later (August 17). Whoever wins the game between Beer-Sheva and Levski Sofia meets Eintracht.

Sporting director Markus Krösche does not want to talk about an easy task: it is “at this stage of the season and we have a play-off game.” Both Beer-Sheva and Sophia will have their qualities. Playing the second leg in front of their own fans is “definitely not a handicap”.
Eintracht will play first, with the first leg on Thursday (August 24) either in Israel or Bulgaria. A week later (August 31), the winner of the match between Beer-Sheva and Sophia arrives at the Frankfurt Waldstadion. Changes in exact dates are still theoretically possible.
