The breakthrough came in the 54th minute when Tadic teased Rangers down the right before passing to Mane, who produced a superb reverse pass for Bertrand to score.
Rangers equalized in the 66th minute when Eduardo Vargas cut in from the right and Austin turned the ball past Fraser Forster.
Redknapp said: “Charlie finished brilliantly to show he can score at this level, which is encouraging.”
Pele saved the best for last. After Rangers leveled within two minutes, Shane Long crossed deep for Mane, Tadic turned inside and the Italian striker beat Green with a brilliant overhead kick.

Southampton won 1-0 against Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on Saturday as Saints continue their fight for a top-four finish.
The only goal of the game came in second half injury time when Sadio Mane scored a stunning goal that sent the Saints fans into a frenzy. QPR had the best chance of the game 10 minutes from time, but Fraser Forster made a great save from Charlie Austin from close range.

The win moved Southampton up to third on 45 points, while QPR remained in 19th place on 19 points and without a manager after Harry Redknapp left earlier this week.
Southampton had the better chances in the first half as James Ward-Prowse went close with a free-kick, Mane went close three times and Robert Green was kept busy as the Saints took the game by the scruff of the neck.
More than six minutes of added time were added to the first half as teenage left-back Matt Targett was taken off the field for the Saints after suffering a head injury. The 19-year-old Target replaced the suspended Ryan Bertrand, but his departure left the defense reeling, with Maya Yoshida moving to center left and Florin Gardos coming off the bench.
The visitors then had a great chance when Jose Fonte hit the post hard and Green was on his own goal line.

QPR trailed in the second half but looked dangerous on the break when Armand Traore hit the side netting. Saints squandered great chances to take the lead as Mane found plenty of space behind the R’s backline but failed to make the most of it.
QPR substitute Mauro Zarate dived at the back post but shot straight at Forster as the Hoops began to threaten more as the final score arrived. Joey Barton scored a goal which was saved by Austin and Forster reacted brilliantly to hit the post.
Mane, who had been a constant thorn in QPR’s back all afternoon, then produced a superb winner to put Ronald Koeman’s men on course for the Premier League’s top spot.

Queens Park Rangers are still a long way from climbing out of the relegation zone, but their prospects of staying up look much better after a 2-1 win at relegation rivals Southampton this week. . The Saints have been defensively poor for most of the season and Harry Redknapp’s side have taken advantage of those problems.
Loic Remy, who suffered an unfortunate injury shortly after his hot start for Rangers, put QPR ahead after 15 minutes. The goal was scored on what appeared to be an innocuous long ball, but Danny Fox allowed Remy to race the ball without much of a fight, before completely backing away. Amazingly, Remy was allowed to rush into the box before firing past Artur Borucci without much opposition.

Just before the half-time whistle, Julio Cesar’s mistake put Southampton back in the game. The Brazilian fumbled Jai Rodriguez’s 25-yard shot and the defense in front of him couldn’t track Gaston Ramirez, who pounced on the rebound to tie Cesar.
The second half was a little easier until Jay Bothroyd scored the winning goal in the 75th minute. Park Ji-Sung provided a spectacular assist, winning the ball first time in a 50-50 with Maya Yoshida on the right wing before sending Bothroyd through from the pass.
